Just what I needed to pull me out of a book slump! This had me hooked from the start, one of those books that I knew I was going to enjoy. The blurb tells you all you need to know about the plotline so all I need add is it's a gripping tale with good characterisation & a likeable lead in Jack Logan (why are so many of my favourites called Jack?). Well paced & with more than one good OH!! moment & cliffhangers, what's not to love? I even approved of the ending, which doesn't happen that often.... ;o)

Thoroughly enjoyed it & book #2 is now added to my wishlist. This is now reserved for a bookbox as I'm sure there's other Bookcossers who'll enjoy it too.
