One of the books I caught on my book hunts in Canadian used book stores.
Awesome! Just what I like to read. The story of "The Golden Compass" continues through this book and the next. That's why I recommend to read all three books in one go. Unfortunately I had a gap of a few years between the "Golden Compass" and the sequels, which made it hard for me to place the characters.
